How does it work?
The concept is simple: You are essentially hiring a part-time executive.
Your Fractional Executive™ (FE) will establish a rapport with key staff to foster open communication and participation. Although your FE will work both on and off-site, it is critical that to you and your staff, the Fractional Executive (FE) will feel like part of your team. If space permits, we strongly recommend setting up a designated space for your FE to work on-site.
If you wish (and we strongly encourage this), your FE will assume a title (selected by you) at your company, represent you at a leadership level in the chosen area of expertise, and answer both internal and external questions as a member of your executive management team.
Fractional Executives (FE’s) are currently available in four disciplines: operations, marketing, sales and technology. Your FE representative will assist you in determining the type of expertise your business requires, and the development stage of your business. Companies with functions at early stages of development, and larger scale, will require more time than well established and/or smaller companies. Though the potential benefit is greater for larger companies, even companies with less than 10 employees can realize significant long-term benefits.
