Fees charged by Fractional Executive are structured on an annual contract, payable as a monthly fee. This structure is designed to avoid “consultant shock”, meaning you’ll have a predictable cost structure each month. Cash flow is the life blood of business, and unexpected, large expenses can be crippling.

The Fraction represents the percentage of a 40-hour week worked by the FE. The fee structure is based on 44 weeks per year, but is amortized over 52 weeks. A 10% FE works 1/2 day per week, a 40% FE works two days per week.

Up to two months of “credit” may be used during the performance of FE duties due to variance in workload. This allows your FE to work more hours to get a project off the ground, with the expectation that fewer hours will be worked at a later date to bring the balance back down. You will be provided with statements, on a monthly basis, showing the tasks performed, time spent, and cumulative time balance.
